By: Pablo Montalvo The problem with the Internet is that there is too much junk, informational junk there is. There is no shortage of ebooks and marketing programs devoted to making money on the Internet. The problem is that most of them are either incomplete, written by people who never tried Internet marketing or in disarray. After you've tried, they do not work and you feel like someone has pulled the rug under your feet once more time.. Then you get stomach cramps just by thinking how you going to make it when you don't have that much money from your severance pay left, and you've resigned your full time job to devote the whole time to your Internet business. You visit hundreds of forums post your comments hoping that they will buy from you but nothing happens. While you are not allowed to advertise, moderators do advertise their products and make money doing so from people like you that are desperate and vulnerable to their offers. You bought articles because you can't write 25 to 50 articles a day, it will take you a whole week to write and article and come up with some good content, and like the Guru's told you to do... You hire someone to submit the articles to the directories without even knowing that they might or not be submitted...and you don't have much time left during the forums, blogs and free classifieds wrangling to check that your articles get submitted. It gets worse... Google canceled your adsense account because you started to click on your own links to make some Adsense money... by trying to cheat the system now you have zip. Google keep track of the illegal clicks by verifying the IP addresses against their publishers IP's. Now, Adwords is has become very expensive. You're getting a couple of clicks here and there because you just piled a thousands of keywords together and now Google is charging you $.50, $5, $10 a click because your click thru rate (CTR) is too low. So you will have to pay the highest bid if you want some clicks coming to your website and there is not guarantee that they will buy anything. You already tried Search Engine Optimization (SEO), the gurus BS, webinars, teleseminars, more articles submissions, you bought more ebooks, ah.. and also tried Joint Ventures (JV's) too. Now you go back and you try affiliate marketing...again! Maybe this time there is an affiliate out there that has a good product, hoping that the sales page is a super one. Then you buy PPC clicks and more Adwords and still only one sale here and there... Not enough to buy you a stamp to send your unpaid bills. Not to mention the thief's that steal commissions from the Clickbank affiliates. SO, what do you do after everything has failed.. Do you throw the towel? ..Like always you call on the big Guru's and they will tell you that you should never quit. That they have this brand new program or a super affiliate ebook that will get you going once again and you'll be in profit in no time! I'm sure you know by now that most TOP Internet Guru's are charging an arm and a leg for their seminars, boot camps and coaching classes. And investing in all the tools you need to get started and running online can be very costly in the long run especially if you're acquiring them one by one. And we know that most individuals like you don't have the deep pockets and plenty of room for mistakes and risks. Trying to work all this out for yourself will waste you so much time and money. Needless to say that you're probably already knee-deep in debt right now. No matter what ... If you want to succeed...you need to have a PLAN...a business plan or some sort of guidance that you will follow. If you don't have a plan.. you're planning to fail! If you're looking right now for proven ways to have success find one program that you will receive the highest level of training through teleseminars, transcripts, videos, and more.. that you will receive the technical support that will help to launch your online business. Glanfield Marketing Solutions, has addressed it with his BBO traffic formula. This four week extensive training program is designed especially for beginners who know absolutely nothing about making money online. The four week program includes audio training, video training, and written manuals. Step by step instructions that walk you through every facet of marketing - finding a product, deciding how to market it, finding and maintaining traffic and planning for the long term. This isn't just training, this is a complete business building program. Not only do they have an excellent traffic course, also includes top-notch technical and customer support that it will literally guide you from day one, where you know nothing, to the point where you actually begin to earn money. Use this system to make your first dollar online within just 30 to 60 days... It is possible to become a successful affiliate marketer, and get loads of high quality traffic even if you are a complete beginner. BOTTOM LINE? If you are new to marketing or a veteran that have not earn any money on the Internet, and have absolutely no idea where to start, use this plan. This four week program will be perfect for you. There simply isn’t a better program aimed at beginners anywhere to be found. Period.
No matter what you're marketing... you're not selling on the Internet. You get it! You are marketing a product. That's why you have to have a master plan to succeed.
Is this happened to you...you had joined worthless memberships, lots of money spent in ebooks and articles. You go find another business opportunity after another, and you think... Hey, this might be the right profitable niche... But they are not!

Starter Website Plan for a Service Business
By: Erin Ferree
or many small businesses, getting even a basic website up can be a daunting task! To simplify the process, we've created a basic site map for a starter website for a service business, which requires a minimum of work on your part.
We suggest that you put these pages on your "starter" website:
• About Us: At least a few lines about your company, and the bios of the business owner and any key employees.
• Our Services: A listing of services you provide, with a line or two explaining each, and possibly some information about pricing (if appropriate to your field).
• Client Listing and Testimonials: A few client testimonials-this helps build potential clients' trust, and makes sales easier for you. (This could be done in phase 2 and is more relevant for service businesses.) The testimonials can alternatively be placed throughout the site-see http://www.kathyglassconsulting.com/ for a sample of this treatment.
• Contact: This page should list basic contact information, including your email link. A map showing your location, directions and your hours of operation can also be included if relevant.
• Home: A page where visitors can enter the site. It should be both attractive and informative. A few lines about what you do are a good foundation for a "beginning" home page.
This plan is very basic-there may be additional pages that would be appropriate for your business, which we can discuss on an individual basis.
To get your basic website posted according to this sample plan, only two pages-the "About Us" and "Our Services" pages-have to be written. The text for the other pages either comes from your clients, or is easy to create. If writing is not your strong point, you can even hire a copywriter to do the writing for you, which makes it even easier for you.
Your time commitment to start a website is minimal. It will be well worth it when you post your website and it sends more business your way!
Be sure to design and code your website in a such a way that it's expandable later. This means allowing plenty of space in the navigation for additional pages, and coding the site so that it's easy to add in more pages later. For that, I recommend coding the site in HTML instead of Flash. That way, you'll be able to grow this starter site into a full-fledged website, adding pages as its' convenient and as they're needed to promote new products, services or directions in your business.

Searching for the Right Keywords through Staff Leasing Companies
A growing number of websites compete to be among the top ten listings in the search results. This position gives them a higher possibility of getting more customers compared with a lower rank. Web marketers use several tools to achieve high rankings, probably one of the most important although others don’t realize, is keyword research.
There are many tactics for optimizing a site to have high search rankings. But since most visits to a site start with a search engine click, optimizing a site for the right keywords is really critical. This is why keyword research is so important, right?
It is really important that you will be able to target all relevant keyword phrases to be able to be among the top rank websites. You just can’t afford to guess the keywords often searched by people, or else you’ll see your businesses slowly toppling down. Searching for the right keywords for your websites doesn’t simply take a day or two. It would sometimes take a week or more.
If this is so, how can busy people maintain or increase the ranks of their websites. Yeah, maybe it can be done, but how sure that it is done systematically and professionally? Hiring a new employee to do this can also be costly for a company especially if it is just starting. Some resort to webmaster staffing…
Getting someone from a webmaster staffing company to do professional keyword research and other services can do no harm to your business; it is to your advantage, in fact. The company wouldn’t have to provide office space for the staff as they will be working in their own place but still under your directions. Plus, you’re free from hiring and training costs. Staffs from webmaster staffing companies like Agents of Value are already well-trained and were able to pass extensive screening process to be able to provide world-class services.
Opting to hire from a webmaster staffing company can lessen your overhead expenses like overtime. This companies also charge lower for their services compared to others so you will be able to save in your labor cost. Most outsourcing offices are found in places with lower cost of living.
Keyword research may sound so easy but finding the right ones takes time and effort. Only people who have the time, knowledge and training can do this efficiently. If you want to get your sites on the top list, a webmaster staffing company is the best choice for you to look for someone who’ll work it for your business!

Valuable Niche Markets
If you are attempting to start a business online or if you are simply trying to increase your traffic and revenue, focusing on a niche market can give you the edge that you need in order to reach the high goals that you have most assuredly set for yourself. There are so many different niches in the overall market that any web site on any topic can find a niche and fill it. When you specialize, you are more likely to succeed.
The most powerful tactic in the history of warfare is the classic divide and conquer routine. You can make an obscene amount of money if you can take over one niche market and then another and another. Focusing on smaller groups of people and dominating their needs in a particular area is the best way to effectively spend your resources.
When you attempt to evaluate your market keep in mind that there are people in your market that you wouldn’t normally associate with it. There are a small number of people who live in the suburbs who would like to wear cowboy boots. If you can target your products at groups such as these you are more likely to sell to them than someone who would target the cowboy boots to... well.. cowboys.
Finding niche markets can be a daunting task. Basically, you can ask yourself a few questions that will assist you in finding the niche market that is right for you.
1. What experience do you have with the products that you are selling? If you are an expert in the field of your sales, you are more likely to succeed than most. Try to come up with the reason that you got interested in the products that you sell. Figure out what kind of people are most likely to be interested in your products and then try to come up with some groups that aren’t so quickly thought of but that may find it fashionable or interesting to purchase your products.
2. Who was the product that you are selling designed for? Cowboy boots were designed for cowboys. There are people who have never stepped foot on a farm who will wear cowboy boots, but they were designed for cowboys. Try to think of what group of people the product was designed for and what other groups can be cut out of the same mold. I.E. country folks, suburbanites, city dwellers, inter-city dwellers. You are not as likely to sell cowboy boots to inter-city people as you are to suburbanites.
3. Are any of these groups already targeted for your product? If somebody is already targeting the niche that you came up with, you may be able to decipher whether or not there is still room in that market for you. If your competition has been selling the cowboy boots like hot cakes in the suburbs there may still be time for you to make some money off of them.
4. Can you target your niche better than anyone else? If there are already companies selling your product to the group that you wanted to select as your niche market, you still may be able to be the most successful. Just because you are not the first doesn’t mean that you can’t be the best. If you can target a group of people better than anyone else due to some experience, tendency, or inborn characteristic, go for it. Competition is important, without competition nobody would ever become successful.
5. How well can you optimize your niche for search engines? You may be able to come up with an excellent niche market that you can provide for better than anyone else. This niche may be completely original, and you may have the resources necessary to really get it off the ground. But does it have the potential to top any search result sheet? Will anyone ever come looking for it? If not you may have to start off by advertising on pay per click advertising services such as adwords before you get a chance to really thrive on your fresh new niche market.
If your niche market can fill up a few slots for key words you are in better shape than most. It is normally very difficult to come up with good, comprehensive key words for your web pages. The best situation that you can encounter is one in which your key words are more or less laid out for you. If you have a catchy little gimmick or a highly targeted niche market you should be able to come up with a good set of relevant key words. Having relevant key words is most of the battle in the whole SEO game. Any SEO that can come up with a good, comprehensive list of key words will probably do quite well in the world of business.

Do we really need Web Site CMS?
At first let’s clarify what abbreviation "CMS" means.
CMS is Content Management System. The aim and objectives of such systems is management, filling and editing of the information and graphics by the customer. Briefly, this is the system which gives an opportunity to change and add sections, edit site content, change graphics and design of the site and not to turn to professional help.
With the CMS development the site management became much easier and much more convenient. Web site content management tool is addition to a web site and costs extra money, but it is profitable because without CMS you have to pay for maker-up services. There are some more pluses: you change the information when it is necessary, you do not depend on anybody and the changing of information with the help of CMS will not lead to any site operating irregularity.
Web based content management can be attractive to different companies: starting from the companies which need to support their site to web studios which deal with site development. But first of all, content management tool is absolutely necessary to companies which constantly update and advance their site.
CMS has following advantages:
The use of CMS does not require professional technical training. Almost every user can work with CMS and manage the site with its help: add and delete articles, different modules – everything that makes a site;
CMS can be successfully integrated into intracorporate information system and serve for organization of document circulation;
CMS can work in connection with document circulation system. This is very convenient when site is considered not as just a form of advertising and presence in the cyberspace but as some kind of electronic office. When some piece of information is changed within the company, these changes are reflected right away on the site;
CMS can be used as a tool of arranging the site as channel of interrelationships with company’s clients. This opens new opportunities in the area of clients’ "fidelity" support: the information on the site is mobile; there is an opportunity to make some sections aimed at certain clients password-accessible. This is very convenient if there is clear client segmentation in the company;
CMS allows editing of the information by several administrators. This function is very useful when company has the whole net of dealers but one site. There can be clear separation of rights on editing separate sections by different people. In this case administrators can be situated in different corners of the globe. So, you can arrange the data collection from different resources (dealers can enter results of their sales; distant warehouses can place the information on availability of commodities at the warehouse). You get the automated tool of support of actual information on the site by distributing the information filling work between your branches, departments etc.
CMS is economically sound when organizing intracorporate systems and information portals.
If you decided that you need CMS, we suggest that CMS should be set up by the software company which developed your site. This variant is the most correct because the system is adjusted to your site from the very beginning and this will have a positive effect upon CMS functioning.
Of course there are other variants. For instance, you can buy a ready Content Management solution and just set it up to your site on your own or turn to developers’ help, who will install CMS and set it up to already developed site.

How to make your Website a Success in Three Simple Steps
There are thousands of things to think about when making a website, but making your website successful just comes down to these three basic things. It is really quite simple but I wouldn’t go as far as calling it easy because there is work involved. But it is work you are going to love.
1. Do something you are passionate about
2. Add a new page of content to your site every day
3. Get a new external link to your site every day
Do something you are passionate about
This may sound a bit funny but it is the single most important thing you can do when building a website. You should never consider making a website because of the earning potential of it. You should do something you will really enjoy doing. Every subject imaginable will be a viable source of revenue in a website. You are passionate about the subject right? Other people are too. And they will come to your site.
There is another very fundamental aspect to having passion for the subject. You will be able to use and leverage what you already know about it. This means that all the learning you have done is instantly available for use on the website. That’s a lot of information. But also, if you are passionate about the subject you are very much more likely to continue working on the website. Thus avoiding the biggest thing that causes websites to fail: The webmaster gives up.
Add a new page of content every day
This serves three very important purposes. The first purpose is that when you get a new web visitor he or she may come back another day to see if there is anything new. If there is nothing new he or she may never come back. But if there is new content you have a frequent visitor hooked, and the search engines love new content. If a website is growing at a regular pace they consider it to be very important and they will rank you accordingly. This means that more people will find you, and finding new content when they come back means more visits, which means better search engine ranking. Can you see how this can spiral into something unexpectedly pleasant? It takes time but it will happen.
Get an external link every day
Try to get one new link to your website on another website every day. There are many different ways you can do this. Send emails to other webmaster in your general subject area and ask for a link exchange. Write articles for article directories and put a link to your site at the bottom of the article. Post informative stuff to forums and use your signature block as a link to your site. Join an online group or organization and post links to your site on their site or in their message threads. There are a thousand ways you can get links to your site.
As you try to improve your website and get more people to visit you are going to learn about a tremendous amount of things, tricks, techniques, processes, and methods for doing it. Just stick to these three simple rules and your website will, over time, become a substantial success. It won’t happen overnight but it will happen.
